Deliveries
Free shipping applies to all orders. Orders that arrive before 13.00 on working days are normally sent the same day with Postnord, DHL or Fedex.
Delivery time depends on where you live, but it normally takes 3-5 working days. Your order will be delivered directly to the address you specified on your order or to a service point. Once the package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a shipping number in order for you to be able to follow the order. If you have Klarna's app, you can follow your package via the app.
If your package is to be picked up at a delivery point, you will receive a notification by e-mail or SMS if you have left your phone number when your order can be retrieved.
The package remains with your agent for 14 days. If you don’t pick up your order within the time line the goods are returned to us and this is nothing neither we nor the freight company can influence. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, amount of 14£
Returns, Returns & Repairs Complaint
Does your agreement not agree with the description, is it broken or are you otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase? Contact us and we will agree on how to solve it all. We pay the return shipping for a possible return due to a complaint. In the event of a dispute, we have as a policy to follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. In the event of a dispute, you can proceed with your complaint on the EU's common side for dispute resolution, which will investigate disputes arising from cross-border e-commerce. Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us it must be clear that you wish to return your order. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of the total order.
When you return the goods, it should only be tested and should be returned to us completely in its original condition with all the accompanying notes and without any stains, dog / cat hair or the like. The item you return should not be washed. Keep in mind that the right of withdrawal and the right of exchange do not apply to underwear.
How do I make a return or a replacement?
If you want to return or exchange a product, you must first register your case with us via customerservice@gepcg.se. Or through the Klarna App. Please note that you must enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order when you register your return by email.
From the time you register your return, you have 14 days to send the product back via the return ticket you received with your order. Do not forget to fill in the return form you received in your package as accurately as possible, for a smooother handling. If you are missing the return label, please notify us when you contact us, and we will arrange a new one for you. You can print the return label here.
You must be able to prove on request that you have sent the product, so always ask for a receipt from your delivery point.
Have you received my return?
As soon as we process your Return, you will receive a confirmation from us via email. It may take up to 14 days from the time you return your return before it is finally processed by us.
When will I get my money back?
We will refund the money to you as soon as possible after we have received your return but no later than 14 days from the day we received your return. Refund of all goods minus the cost of shipping, takes place in the same way that you made the payment, Card payments are returned to the account your card is linked to. In case of invoice, your invoice amount will be adjusted if you have not yet paid the invoice.

We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the GEP group. Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with the services mentioned above, for example shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, media agencies for distribution of newsletter and credit reference or debt collection agencies for the purpose of credit rating checks, identity checks and debt collection.
We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation, unauthorized access. We continually adapt our security measures in line with technological progress and developments. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form. This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your personal data cannot be read by external parties. For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. When you pay by card, we reserve the right to carry out an identity check.
